Everything I teach, I have lived.
In 2020, the world changed for everyone—but for me, it shattered. I lost one of the most important the people in my life and soon after, my marriage ended. I found myself standing at an intersection of life, asking: Who am I now?
What followed was not quick healing. It was deep, uncomfortable, honest reflection. I began rebuilding—not my circumstances—but my internal foundation. I examined my values. I faced my patterns. I learned the difference between performing strength and truly embodying it.
As my self-esteem strengthened, clarity followed. By 2023, I knew I could no longer remain in a corporate career that no longer aligned with who I had become. After a successful 14 years in financial services, I chose courage over comfort.
Today, I help others walk the path I once resisted—the path inward. I work with individuals who feel disconnected from their own sense of worth, clarity, or inner stability—even when their external life appears functional.
My focus is not on motivation or surface-level confidence, but on helping people understand and gently shift the unconscious tendencies that erode self-esteem over time: underlying belief systems, stress responses, emotional conditioning, and long-held internal narratives.
Drawing on principles aligned with self-esteem building and consciousness-based awareness, I support clients in developing a more grounded relationship with themselves—one based on self-trust and internal alignment rather than external validation.
This work is reflective, practical, and non-directive. It is about creating the internal conditions in which self-esteem can naturally emerge, rather than trying to “build” it through willpower or affirmation alone.
Combining this structured self-esteem work with spiritual depth, I partner with people to find their way back to their truth so they can navigate life with self-trust, resilience, and peace.
